Great location, close to metro and Colosseum. Good communication with the reception. Clean rooms with own bathroom. Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast and coffee. Safe area, better than Termini. Super cool elevator.

There was nothing I didn't like.

One of the great things about this hotel is that it is right next to a metro stop. This made it super convenient for me to move around easily and explore different parts of the city. The hotel staff were also very friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms had all the basic amenities I needed, including a working air conditioner. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a nice touch and started my day off on the right foot.

All in all, everything was okay and there was nothing major that I felt could be improved.

The only downside we encountered was that the shower's temperature was a bit unstable at times. though, our stay at Ciak Rooms was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to other couples looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I had such a great stay at the hostel in Rome! The location was perfect, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I loved that the common areas felt like my own living room, without any loud and unpleasant music. The best part was the owner, who was incredibly helpful and kindhearted. He made me feel like a part of the family and solved all my problems with a smile. I will definitely be coming back! I highly recommend this hostel.
